Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In several cases, we do not accept returns. We also do not accept

opened bottles or used ones.

Shipping.
Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days of ordering. Shipping time is estimated to be five to seven (7-10) business days within USA and Canada (excluding Customs delays). For international orders, shipments may take up to 30 business days from day of shipment (excluding Customs delays).

Shipping fees are as follows in USD.
For orders to USA shipping is Free.
For orders to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia $19.95
All other countries $26.50 Priority Mail International.

Cancellation Policy.

New Orders: Orders that have already been placed and processed may not be cancelled. ALL Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable once orders have been processed. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel an order after being processed. Please order carefully.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact your local post office directly with the tracking number in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product toour given address. Please do contact through mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
